HTC Raphael and HTC Diamond Specifications

We expect HTC Raphael and HTC Diamond to be introduced on May 6th. Finally we got some more information about these two Windows Smartphones by HTC. HTC Raphael is a successor of the HTC Mogul, also running Windows Mobile OS. The smartphone comes with QWERTY keyboard. HTC Raphael with 3 MP camera, WiFi and a VGA screen is expected to be available in September.
HTC Diamond will be a successor of HTC Touch. HTC Diamond has no keyboard, all input is made through its 2.8-inch VGA resolution touchscreen. This smartphone is operated by Windows Mobile OS. HTC Diamond will be powered by a 528 MHz Qualcomm processor, 128 MB RAM and 4 GB HDD. The phone also has WiFi and 3MP camera. HTC Diamond will be available in November.
