New Palm Device is Looking for Testers

Certain Palm customers have received a letter with an offer to bera test an ‘innovative new product’. There are only 2 requirements: the customer must be a current subscriber to Sprint and is to have a WiFi router. The testers also must be advanced smartphone and email users. This device is surely an upcoming Treo 800w for Sprint.

Here is a part of the letter from Palm:

We have a new opportunity for people in an enterprise environment who want to an innovative device for connectivity from Palm, one of the global leaders in communication.

Now we know the new Treo 800w will have a WiFi support. It will also be one of the first devices operated by Windows Mobile 6.1.

Palm Treo 800w is scheduled to be released in July.
