Sony Ericsson G502

The main question about Sony Ericsson G502: where the aGPS (Advanced GPS) promised by some of Sony Ericsson’s specification sheets is. According to the latest information there is no GPS included, its capabilities can be added through the GPS Enabler HGE-100 accessory. It is quite confusing this device is not included in the box. The mobile phone comes with preloaded Google Maps.

The phone has a 2″ 240 x 320 pixel display and basic 2 megapixel camera. These settings are adequate for most users. G502 supports stereo Bluetooth and an FM radio. G502 also supports push email from Microsoft Exchange, has its own email client, RSS reader, web browser and a set of PIM functions. Sony Ericsson G502 does not support video calling.

Sony Ericsson G502 is quite a lightweight device, it weights only 83.5 grams.
